Meet Our Team




Jennifer Rambo-Theobald serves Camellia Hospice of Oxford as the Director of Operations.  She was born and raised here in Oxford, and now she resides in the Yocona community with her husband and two small children, Rhett and Gracyn.  Jennifer graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2012.  She worked as a cardiac care RN before joining Camellia as a hospice nurse in 2013.  Jennifer was the recipient of Camellia's Compassionate Care Award in 2015.  When asked what she likes most about her job, Jennifer responded, "serving others and bringing a smile to their faces."







Barbara Ward is an RN Case Manager for Camellia Hospice.  Barbara has been a hospice nurse for four years.  She lives in Thaxton, MS with her husband Gene.  They have five children and nine grandchildren.  Barbara loves to travel and watch her grandchildren play ball.  She is also an excellent photographer. 













Mandy Phillips works part time as a RN Case Manager.  She joined the Camellia Team in 2014 with more than 15 years of nursing experience.  Mandy was born and raised in Carthage, MS, and she now resides in West Union with her husband and three children.  Mandy is a blessing to each one of her patients and their families.  When in need of comfort or inspiration, Mandy turns to Matthew 6:34 "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.  Each day has enough trouble of its own."





Katesha Daniels "Te" is one of our amazing CNAs.  She has been working with Camellia since 2013. Te is now in school to become a LPN and is working with us as needed. She is from Water Valley, MS.  She is the proud mother of two boys, Taylen and Jace.  "Te" loves to laugh and spread joy and laughter to her patients.  Some of her patients have nicknamed her "Sweet Te."  In 2014, Te was voted CNA of the Year.













Tammy Cooper has been on our team as a CNA since 2015. She was voted CNA of the Year that year as well.  She has spent her whole life caring for others.  She is the proud mother of three grown children and has one grandchild.  Tammy lives in Vardaman, MS.














Dorothy Owens is our newest CNA.  She joined our team this spring.  Dorothy is a hard worker, and always has a smile on her face.  She is from Oxford and is the proud mother of four children.















Marjorie Buckley has been our chaplain since 2013.  She was born and raised in Oxford.  She has two sons, Charlie (33) and Andrew (36).  Andrew is a banker in Atlanta, GA.  Charlie is an artist living in Tupelo, MS, with his wife, Amber, and daughter, Jane.  Marjorie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in voice and music education from Millsaps College and later earned a Masters of Theology from the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.  She has experience as an associate pastor and minister of music prior to serving as a chaplain for Camellia Hospice.










Tracy Morgan serves as our Social Worker and Volunteer Coordinator.  She joined our team at the end of 2014.  Tracy is from Laurel, MS.  She earned her bachelor's degree from Ole Miss in 1993 and Masters of Social Work from the University of Tennessee in 1995.  She lives here in Oxford with her husband John, and three sons Gus, Sam, and Ira.  In her spare time, Tracy loves to travel and play tennis.  Carpe Diem! is Tracy's motto.










Amy Stamson is the Office Manager at Camellia Hospice in Oxford.  Amy has been with the company since 2012.  She grew up in Olive Branch, MS, and now resides in the College Hill community of Oxford with her husband, Chris, and two children Keelie and Hunter.  Amy has a degree from Northwest Community College in Medical Office Management.  When asked what she loves most about her job, Amy replied, "I love helping others when they are in a time of need.  I also love working with such a caring and close group of people."  Amy's motto is "Treat others as you want to be treated."











Morgan Walter joined the Camellia Team in the fall of 2013 after five years as a Labor and Delivery nurse.  She helped start up the Southaven Hospice branch before transferring to serve as the Director of Camellia Oxford for two years.  This spring, Morgan transitioned to Community Outreach.  She says, "I think of myself as a 'Hospice Missionary' because my goal is to make sure that people understand what hospice truly is and how it can benefit patients and their families so that no one who qualifies misses out on the ministry that is hospice."  Morgan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2009.  She has one daughter, Sawyer, who will turn one later this summer.  She and her family live in Oxford. 








Karleigh Keeton is a senior at Ole Miss studying Accounting.  She has been our office assistant for the past two years.  Karleigh also serves as a volunteer for Camellia Hospice.  She is from Brandon, MS.
